Inquiries and availability

Sending the contact form does not reserve a date or create a paid booking. Tell me the kind of session, your preferred date, and what you need. I’ll confirm availability and discuss the scope with you.

Price and deliverables

The services page is a starting point. Before you commit, ask for the total price, any travel or venue costs, coverage time, the number of edited photographs, delivery timing, and permitted image uses in writing. Team, coach, and business coverage may need a separate quote.

Payment, cancellations, and refunds

This website does not collect payments or sell sessions through a checkout. Payment timing, any deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, weather, and refund terms should be confirmed in the written agreement for your session before you pay. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule on this page. For an existing booking, contact Thomas and refer to the terms agreed for that booking.

Image use and permissions

Viewing photographs in this portfolio does not grant permission to reuse them. Contact Thomas about prints, publication, business use, or licensing. Discuss portfolio sharing and any restrictions before your session. Sessions involving children should be arranged by a parent or guardian; venue and event permissions may also be needed.
